MEMORANDUM OF WISHES
You may wish to consider preparing a Memorandum of Wishes and attaching it to your Trust. A Memorandum of Wishes is a very useful way of putting in your own words the reasons why you have set up a Will or Trust and how you want your money to be spent.
A Memorandum of Wishes is not legally binding. However, a person who executes your Will or Trust and reads your Memorandum of Wishes will be better placed to advance your intentions.
